ID Verification

Here at Triple 4 CBD we take the law seriously and abide by all Local, State and Federal Laws on the sell of Hemp products.

All orders will need to be verified with some form of ID.

The process is the following:

Once the order is placed through chat, we will send you an email requesting you fill out the form below or you can fill it out ahead. 

​

Your ID information is only good for one purchase since it will be deleted after the verification has occurred.  

​

There are no exceptions to this and all orders that fail to provide this information will be canceled and a refund will be issued to you at not cost to you.
